You can make an appointment by using the online booking service, by phone, or in person at the practice.

You can make an appointment anytime up to 4 weeks in advance.
If you have more than one problem to discuss, or feel you will need a lot of time with the doctor, please book a double appointment. This will enable your problem to be dealt with adequately.
Please be aware that we can only see one person in an appointment. If more than one family member needs to be seen, please book an appointment for each person.
Late Evening and Saturday Appointments
We appreciate that some people may not want to take time off work in order to come to the surgery. Our early morning appointments start at 08:30 and we offer late evening appointments which can be booked up to four weeks in advance; our last appointment is at 19:50. You can also book an appointment to see a doctor on Saturday morning.
Arriving at the Surgery
When you arrive for your appointment, you need to let us know you are here, so please let reception know or you can use the patient self check in using the screen in the foyer, to the right of the front door. This is a touch screen system which requires you to input your date of birth and displays in a number of language options. By using this system you avoid the need to stand in the queue to check-in.
Please be on time. We are aware that occasionally this may prove difficult, so we allow our patients 10 minutes leeway, but if you are later than this we will ask you to re-book your appointment. We will do our best to see you on time, but when people arrive late, it can mean the doctor/nurse is no longer running to time.
We offer a telephone consultation service every day. To speak to a doctor/nurse, simply call the practice. You will be asked to leave a number where you can be contacted and the clinician will call you back on that day, usually before or during the next surgery.
You can request a specific doctor, but if he or she is not available , another doctor will be offered. If you prefer to wait until your chosen doctor is available, you will be informed as to when that will be. If your call is urgent, you may be contacted by the duty doctor rather than your chosen doctor, to enable your call to be returned quickly.
The nurses are also available for telephone consultations which are booked in the same way.
If you wish to enquire about the results of a blood sample, urine or stool test, or an X-ray, please ask for a telephone consultation with the nurse in the first instance.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you want to cancel your appointment you can use the online booking service, or call the practice. Please give us as much notice as possible, as someone else will be able to use the appointment.
