Are you a carer?

We are keen to know if you are looking after someone so we can support you with carer consultations and guide you to other support. Please let the clinician or the reception staff know if you would like it recorded on your record that you have carer responsibilities for another person.

Change to Prescription Ordering

You can no longer order prescriptions using the WACCG.stpcprescriptions@nhs.net email account. We have rationalised our ordering process to make it quicker and easier for you to use. Please see the repeat prescription page.

Online Access

Patients who register for online access are able to make and cancel GP appointments, order repeat medication and view medical records 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Click here for information about registering.

Named Accountable GP

From 1st April 2015, the practice is required to provide all patients (including children), a named, accountable GP. For new patients, the named GP will be allocated during the registration process and for existing patients the named GP is the one named on your medical card. The named GP has responsibility for the care and support that the practice provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice for medical care as you currently do and please remember that not all GPs work every day. Please contact the practice if you wish to know the name of your allocated GP
