Practice profile document document showing demographics for the practice
St Paul's Cottage Surgery has over 7000 patients and it is difficult to define a group of patients who would be truly representative of the practice. We have patients of many nationalities, ethnicities, ages, medical interests. We need to ask your opinions about lots of issues and need your input to enable the practice to work better for our patients. We often need to ask your opinions via surveys or set up groups to look at specific issues.

We understand that many patients are interested in the way the practice runs but may not be able to commit to attending regular meetings. We would like to have a list of patients who have registered their interest in being involved in some way and from time to time we will contact you to alert you to opportunities to take part and have your say.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
