Do you get your prescriptions sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice?  Gentle reminder to let us know when you're back home if you've changed this on an ad hoc basis (say, to go on holiday) please!

Repeat Prescriptions

You may request a repeat prescription in the following ways:

Register for a Patient Access account and this will make ordering repeat prescriptions very simple. This is our preferred means of patients ordering repeat prescriptions. Click here for more information about registering.

You can also do the following:

Use the tear off slip on your prescription and either:

    • Fax: 0208 780 0201

    • Post to: St Paul's Cottage Surgery, 114 Augustus Road, London SW19 6EW

    • Hand in at reception

    • Leave with a local pharmacist

Please only order the items you need to prevent waste.

Your prescription will be available for collection within 48 hours either at the surgery, or from the pharmacy you specify. We will post the prescription to you if you provide a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Please ensure that the review date on your current prescription has not expired. If it has, please make a telephone consultation or an appointment for a review. If you are unsure as to whether a review is needed, please make a telephone consultation with a GP or the nurse.

If you have passed the medication review date without having your review you risk not being able to get your medications until the review is done. Please help the doctor to keep a check on your condition by contacting the surgery when requested.

The GP may need to contact you about your repeat prescription, please ensure that we have an up to date telephone number where we can contact you when you request a prescription.
