• Online consultation – you can use this from the front page of our practice website eConsult. Requesting our help via an online consultation is the same as booking an appointment at the surgery and there’s no need to phone as well.
• By phone - please call before coming to the surgery. Talking to you first helps us understand what kind of support you need.
• Download the NHS app. It is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services, including ordering prescriptions, and validating your vaccines.
• You can request a repeat prescription by using the NHS app or other apps such as Patient Access (there are several available), use the link on our website, in writing, in person by using the repeat prescription box at the practice, or by speaking to your local pharmacist.
